Need a foreign university degree certificate or graduation diploma translated into English for an employer, UK institution or professional body? We can review the official award document, including degree title, awarding institution, classification where stated, dates and stamps, then confirm a certified translation format, price and delivery.
Award records differ by institution and country. They may be called a degree certificate, diploma, graduation certificate or an official award notice. The translation must preserve what the issuing institution actually states, rather than infer a UK qualification level.
First-degree awards showing the holder’s name, degree title, award date and issuing institution.
Postgraduate degree certificates, postgraduate diplomas and related academic award documents.
Doctoral and research-degree award documents, where the official terminology and issuing institution must be retained.
Diploma or certificate awards submitted to employers, professional regulators or recognition bodies.
Officially issued replacement academic awards, including any special annotations or duplicate markings.
Foreign-language graduation confirmations, award notices and other official evidence of a qualification.
Employers, admissions teams, professional bodies and UK ENIC may request a translated qualification document. Their requirements vary, and translated award wording does not establish UK equivalence, professional licensing or recognition. If the receiving body also requests module grades or credits, an academic transcript is a separate document that should be translated in its own right.
We confirm suitability, the required scope, availability or completion schedule, and the total price before proceeding.
Include the entire document, language pair, issuing country and intended recipient.
We confirm the right translation scope, certification instructions, legibility and formatting.
Review the price, deadline, output format and agreed service before the work starts.
The completed document is delivered in the confirmed form, including agreed certification details.
A degree certificate normally records the award achieved and the awarding institution. A transcript records courses, grades and credits. One cannot be treated as a substitute for the other simply because both are academic documents. Order only the documents the receiving authority asks for, and use the separate transcript service if your module-by-module grades also require translation.
Check the receiving organisation’s rules. The recipient or appointment organiser sets its own requirements. Our translation or interpreting service cannot guarantee a particular authority’s acceptance or decision.

A single printed certificate is commonly simpler to scope than an extended award record with handwritten text or annotations. The quote depends on language, legibility, certification, format and deadline, which we confirm after checking the actual source.
Some diplomas have a compact face; others include reverse-side notes, endorsements or accompanying documents.
Qualification names, issuing institutions, grading classifications and award dates must be represented accurately.
State whether your recipient needs an electronic certified copy, printed copy or additional formalities.
Browse the separate supporting service pages and guides to confirm what your recipient or appointment needs before you order.
These answers explain the ordering process; check current requirements directly with your receiving institution or appointment organiser.
Yes. Send the complete certificate and the receiving institution’s instructions so the translation can be scoped and quoted.
No. The certificate confirms an award, while the transcript records modules, grades and credits. The recipient may request one or both.
A translation may be part of the documentation requested, but UK ENIC determines its own requirements and performs any recognition or comparability assessment.
You can request a signed certified translation where appropriate. Confirm the exact declaration or format required by the receiving organisation.
No. The translation should convey the official award wording faithfully; equivalence decisions belong to the competent evaluating body.
Please specify whether a printed copy is required. We will confirm available formats, delivery timing and any additional charges.
Send the full source document with the target language, intended recipient and deadline. We will confirm certification, price and delivery before the translation starts.
