University Grade Transcripts
Bachelor’s or master’s module records, credit totals and course-by-course results supplied by an overseas university.
UK Certified Translation is a network of accredited linguists offering certified, sworn and notarised translations, plus transcription and interpreting. Fast, accurate and fully compliant for all official needs.
Request certified English translation of foreign academic transcripts for UK university admissions, professional registration, employers or other formal requirements. A transcript usually lists modules, grades, credits and dates rather than just the qualification awarded. Send a readable full transcript and the receiving organisation’s requirements so we can confirm the correct format, quote and deadline.
Academic transcripts from different countries can vary in layout and grading systems. The original institution’s categories and grades must be represented faithfully, without guessing at equivalence or rewriting results. Include every page and any grading legend.
Bachelor’s or master’s module records, credit totals and course-by-course results supplied by an overseas university.
Printed grade sheets, subject marks and examination records used in further education and professional submissions.
Term-by-term progress, course names, attendance notes where included and institutional results.
Qualification supplements describing academic level, subjects or course content that accompany a diploma.
Records of completed training modules, examination components and credits for a regulating institution.
Several transcripts or academic records submitted together when the recipient requests a full study history.
A university, employer, UK ENIC or professional regulator may ask for a complete translation of grades and academic history. Requirements are not identical across organisations. Some will specify certification wording, an official institutional document or a particular application process. We translate the actual source record; we do not evaluate qualification equivalence, convert grades to UK classifications or verify the awarding institution.
The format, timing and price are confirmed before the translation begins.
Provide all pages, the source language, required language direction and recipient details.
We review legibility, scope, relevant terminology and requested certification or output format.
The agreed translation price, delivery date and any additional formalities are confirmed before work begins.
Your translated document is supplied in the agreed format, including the certification statement where required.
A transcript provides a record of modules, grades and credits, while a degree certificate normally confirms the qualification awarded. These are different documents. Translating an award certificate does not automatically satisfy a request for a transcript, and a transcript should not be rewritten as an award. When both are required, each should be translated according to its source.
Recipient requirements control acceptance. A professional translation does not guarantee recognition, admission, document approval or satisfaction of overseas sworn-translator rules.

Pricing depends on page count, the number of individual course entries, language pair, scan quality, table layout and certification. A short grade report and a multi-year transcript can differ significantly in complexity. After we review your source and requirements, we will confirm the total price, suitable output and delivery date.
Course titles, academic tables, module codes, credit lists and grading notes all count towards the scope.
Source grade systems should be retained accurately. Any official grading legend must be reflected, not converted without authorisation.
Specify the receiving body, signed declaration or hard-copy requirements and any application closing date.
These resources cover related but different document types or provide further background on requirements.
Always check the exact rules of the organisation receiving your translated documents before you place an order.
Yes. Email the full transcript, required target language, institution receiving it and deadline for a confirmed quote.
You can request a certified translation. The particular university determines the declaration and document format it will accept.
No. Academic grading equivalence is an assessment performed by the relevant institution or recognition provider, not a translation task.
A translated transcript may be included in a UK ENIC application, but UK ENIC determines the required documents and formats. Follow its current instructions.
Readable official marks and notes form part of a complete source record. Where unclear, we may request a clearer scan.
Those documents can be quoted separately. Your transcript records academic performance, while the degree certificate confirms the awarded qualification.
Email a complete readable document, your required language direction, the receiving organisation and deadline. We will confirm the scope, pricing and delivery method before translation begins.
