Need a reliable written record of what was said during a business meeting? We can assess recorded Teams calls, Zoom conferences, project discussions, boardroom sessions and client meetings for transcription into structured text. Send the recording duration, speaker count, languages, file type and expected output so the transcription conventions, confidentiality and price can be agreed before work begins.
Business recordings can contain confidential details, technical acronyms, uncertain speaker identities and interruptions. The desired transcript style depends on whether the company needs to review exact wording or simply wants a readable account of the conversation. Permissions and source quality should be checked first.

An accurate transcript supports internal understanding of a conversation, but it does not mean a formal board resolution, accurate accounting record or approved company minutes have been created. The commissioner should secure recording and disclosure permissions and determine how sensitive company information may be shared. The transcriber must not invent missing speech or attribute a voice to a speaker if the recording does not support it.
We confirm the right scope, availability, timing and price before any booking or order starts.

Transcription creates text from spoken audio. Minutes are often a selective record of attendees, decisions and actions created or approved by the responsible secretary or organisation. A summary condenses the discussion further. A raw transcript cannot automatically be described as properly approved board minutes. If the client needs a separate edited summary or decision register, that requires an expressly defined additional task and review.
Important: A transcript does not automatically constitute authorised minutes or prove a meeting decision was valid.

Prices depend on total recording minutes, sound clarity, number of speakers, frequency of interruptions, specialist vocabulary, transcript conventions and deadline. One short online call differs from an extended boardroom meeting with many people speaking at once. We confirm the entire scope and the resulting cost before starting the transcript.
The duration and number of files determine the baseline work, with extra time for difficult recordings.
Timecodes, uncertain speakers, overlapping voices and exact verbatim rules affect transcription effort.
Agree a permitted sharing route, final document structure, business terminology references and deadline.

Suitable recordings can be assessed where recording and disclosure are authorised and confidentiality arrangements are appropriate.
